When will my order be shipped?
An order is usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been prepared and packed, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your package.
I haven't received my tracking link?
When your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a delivery confirmation and a tracking link so you can follow your package. If you have not received this email, we recommend that you check your spam filter and ensure that your email address is entered correctly. If you have any questions regarding your delivery, please contact us at shop@louielouie.dk – remember to include your order number.
Why has my package been sent back to LouieLouie?
There may be several reasons why your package has been returned to us:
• The package has not been collected from the parcel shop/parcel box within the alleged time frame.
• An incorrect delivery address was provided, or necessary information was missing.
• There was no one at the delivery address to receive the package
I would like to add more products to my order, can I?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add more products to your order once you have placed an order. However, if you would like to place a new order, the old one can be cancelled and must be done as soon as possible. Contact us at shop@louielouie.dk and remember to include your order number.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, it is only possible to cancel an order that has not yet been processed in our warehouse. Therefore, you must contact us as soon as possible at shop@louielouie.dk, and remember to include your order number. We will then try to have your order canceled if it has not yet been processed in our warehouse.
Can I have my order wrapped?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping or adding trade-in tags to products purchased on our webshop.
