I want to create a complaint.
At LouieLouie, product quality is always paramount, and we always strive to ensure that our products have no errors or defects.
There is a 2-year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Act. The warranty applies to all defects in software, materials and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to LouieLouie ApS as soon as possible after receipt of the goods. Here, a maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint is void in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
LouieLouie ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
